Im 17 and i used to be over weight but two years ago i started working out cause i was ashamed. So i lost like 40 pounds and went down to like 180 pounds. But over the past month or so i havent worked out fer real.. I used to work out as much as possible, lifting when i was able to and doing cardio all the time. But now im just blah, and i feel drained.. Whats wrong with me? Have i lost motivation, depression maybe? Please help
