Why Am I Not Hungry But Then Starving?

Okay so last week I couldn't get enough and gained like 3 pound in 3 days. Now this week I can't eat just because I feel full. I am okay with it I guess but I lost 3 pound in the same amount of time as I gained. I want to eat at least 1200 cal so I don't lose my metabolism but at this rate I am finding it hard. I know I'll go through the phase of bring hungry again and then back to not feeling any hunger at all.

And repeat.

I really don't mind this as I need to lose weight(7 pound)

Just give me some ideas for high nutritious foods.

Not eating right, balanced meat would make you feel better, eat more white rice or brown rice, home made bread, organic fresh produce, more heavier grains stuff , trader joes is a affordable place to shop natural but not every thing is organic, cutting back on animal based fat protein, in the morning I put 1 bananna, 1 peach or nectarine chopped up in pyrex dish 5 minutes , I mash it up and add 1 tbsp chia seeds. 1 tbsp flax seeds both should grounded up and mix in and it becomes oatmeal every day i make it for breakfast
