I would highly suggest the porridge,it is filling, it helps you lose weight alone and it Lowers cholesterol. :)

All of those are filling breakfasts, so it would be a great idea to alternate them so you don't get bored of the same one. The only thing I would query would be the weight watchers bread as I find that to just fill me up as much as eating air does, so it might be a good idea to buy a proper seeded or wholewheat loaf of bread to have instead, although it may be higher in fat and calories it will keep you fuller for longer than the weight watchers alternative.
