It depends on your genetics but probably not...it has taken me 4 months to lose 30 pounds with a pretty vigorous workout and diet plan, and I'm a guy.

You are not really that overweight so I wouldn't be too worried, but I would shoot for 1400 calories a day (count calories...you will not lose weight without doing it) with some light cardio and try to burn at least 200 cals a day. Jogging/jump roping melts fat quick with a stable diet.
