Weight Watchers is a weight loss program.
You sign up either on line, or find a Weight Watchers center near you where you go to meetings and have a weigh in once a week.
The program has worked for many, many people.

Depending on your height, weight and age, you are allotted a certain amount of "points" daily.
At the meetings, you learn how to use your daily points to your advantage.
They also give you exercise tips.
The meetings are good because you have a support system.
You also get to hear stories from others about how they lost weight.

You'll also hear stories of back-sliding, but it's good to hear because you know that you're not the only one who has trouble with this issue.

Personally, I think WW is the best program because they teach you how to cook and portion your food so you can make the best choices when you go out as well as cooking at home.

its this really freaking awesome way to watch ur weight my mom used it. after five kids she went from like 300 pounds to 150.

this is how it works: you work out as much as u can and wiegh in at the building every sunday/saturday. u get a certain amount of 'points' every day. if u go over the limit of points then ur not working hard enough. so say u have 50 points one day, the points judge how healthy the food is. so a cake could be 10 points, a yogurt could be 2. so when u use up the points u have to make sure that u stay under the limit. at the end of the day, say u used 48 points, thats good. that means when u wiegh in u shud be at a good plac as long as u r at a good amoun of points every day
