None of those answers are right. Yet aid weight loss but dont boost your metabolism

Oatmeal, almonds, spinach, cinnamon, salmon, green tea, yogurt, ice cold water, hot peppers and coffee are a few things that boost metabolisms

Any exercise will. Any spicy food will.

any exercise will boost your metabolism.
Running, jumping jacks, push-ups, pull-ups, weight lifting (lifting is excellent b/c your metabolism will stay at a higher rate, even while resting)...

Eat clean: fruits, veggies, lean protein (grilled chicken, grilled fish, eggs, lowfat dairy).
Cut back your junk food.
Simple :)
