What Does It Feel Like To Be Skinny?

Postby Huxley » Wed Jul 05, 2017 11:38 pm

I'm MALE, and 21, and I've always been fat and people make fun of me and give me **** and ostracize me because of my weight... I've always wondered what it feels like to be skinny. To be treated like a human being, to be looked at by girls, and to be able to fit into clothes that actually fit. How does it really feel?

What Does It Feel Like To Be Skinny?

It feels nice.
I was fat, but I was kind of young (8th grade), then I played some sport and now as a junior in high school I'm very fit.
If you're fit you're constantly happy about life, people compliment, girls talk to you A LOT more and so forth.
It's really worth it...
Even though dieting and exercising is basically torture, it will eventually become a habit.

it feels good and you have confidence to face all,

try this it might help.

6 steps to transform your body

1. CONTROL

your portions.

Don?t eat until you are full,

eat until you?re not hungry.

6 STEPS

2. QUESTION

everything you eat.

Fresh vegetables, skinless white

meat, smaller portions, and foods

lower in fat are the obvious answers

to our BeachBody.com Diet Guide.

3. CONSISTENT

5x-a-day eating schedule.

IMPORTANT! Stick to the schedule

so you do not get hungry and overeat,

and so your body has enough fuel

to rebuild after exercise.

4. NOURISH

& CLEANSE

your body by drinking water.

Drink at least 2 liters (8 glasses)

of water a day.

5. FORTIFY

your diet with a multi-vitamin.

An exceptional multi-vitamin ensures

you get all the nutrients you need

when cutting calories.

6. REFRAIN

from eating at the wrong times.

When you workout, and when you sleep,

you want your body to be in a ?fat

burning state? vs. a ?carb burning state.?

In restaurant terms, generally, eat half what the chef serves you. An

adequate portion of a meal is 3 ounces of protein (like chicken, tuna or

lean ground beef) which is about the size of your palm. Don?t eat until

you are full. Eat until you?re not hungry. Same goes for salad dressing;

On a large salad, limit it to just enough for taste. You will be surprised

how much less dressing you need to get the same flavor.

This is what we call the ?Classic Calorie Equation.? Your daily exercise

routine will increase the amount of calories you burn each day. If you

also make sure that you eat fewer calories than you burn, ?poof!??

you burn excess stored fat. It?s a simple, scientifically proven fact that

never fails. And here?s how to do it:

Calories In:

First, regulate how many calories

you consume. We recommend that if

?trimming fat? is your goal, a 1,200 ?

1,500 calorie per day diet will do the

trick, but that?s as low as you want to

go before your body ?resets? your

metabolism. If you aren?t as concerned

with quickly trimming fat as

you are about increasing muscle,

2,000 calories is a good number.

Both levels will start to steer

your choices away from large

portions and fatty/processed

foods toward healthier,

reasonable choices.

(That?s a general guideline for the

millions of people who will read this.

For more specific detail as to your personal

caloric needs, we suggest you call

a registered dietician or diet center.)

Calories out:

Second, approximate how many calories your body uses each day

using the following grid, which is calculated based on your body

weight, your lifestyle, and the conservative assumption that you will

burn at least 300 calories in every rigorous 30 minute workout.

(FYI - we estimate that you can burn as many as 800-1000 calories when you?re

really pushing it hard in programs like Power 90?, Slim in 6?, and Power Half Hour.?)

LET?S BEGIN...

What Does It Feel Like To Be Skinny?

Postby Orland » Wed Jul 05, 2017 11:48 pm

I might say that you simply have got to see a surgeon, or possibly even a therapist. You are verrrry tiny - i don't even need to appear at you to tell. Any individual at ninety five pounds is tinsy weensy. A health care professional can inform you that you're underweight, and for some girls that's fulfilling sufficient to make their mind stop producing the pics of distortion. You are mind is telling you that you simply don't seem to be skinny adequate, and it is distorting your image of yourself as you see it. All of us get that as females, and it really is hard. I am 5'6" and one hundred ten lbs., and i know i am skinny. I'm satisfied that i'm skinny, and that is about it. However oftentimes once I believe like I've eaten loads, and i to peer pretty girls with little waists, I begin feeling fats. Just do not forget that the way in which you percieve your self isn't at the entire means you really appear. Be completely satisfied you are not the 6" tall girl, who weighs 145. There may be perpetually a bit of something which you can look on the bright facet of. I'm hoping this helps slightly, and consider that some of these emotions are ordinary. That doesn't mean that you should simply allow them to go - try and get a control on it. You already know you are skinny, you realize that there are faculties and faculties of women who would die to be that measurement. Good good fortune :)

I'm a girl, but I get called Anorexic, stickman, branch, toddler, body of a 6 year old, etc... It hurts to be skinny, too!

I have a high metabolism, so I can't help it. I eat a lot, but I'm still skinny.

Just hang in there buddy... It's difficult, but not impossible.

Find some motivation and stop comparing yourself to others, that just adds stress onto your life! Good luck bud.

If you're sitting down for too long, your butt and lower spine start to get really sore.

In all seriousness, everyone has insecurities no matter what size they are. Some are always going to be striving for perfection and can never seem to be good enough or feel at ease with themselves. The grass is always greener on the other side, if you know what I mean. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy, and start exercising, that's great and you'll definitely have a better lifestyle, but you should learn to accept and love yourself for who you are if you want to be genuinely happy!
