Weight Watchers Online~ Your Story?

Weight Watchers Online~ Your Story?

Your story sounds pretty common. With either program (online or meetings) Weight Watchers averages pounds per week so you should be able to safely lose that 50 pounds in around six months.

I lost over 20 pounds with the Weight Watchers online program. It is a very safe way to lose weight. My biggest problem was I didn't have the time to attend meetings. (I was going to school and working full time) So the online program was perfect for me. Everything that I learned at weight watchers online I still use to this day and I have been able to keep the weight off and I feel much healthier.

Weight Watchers (both online and meetings) helps you to identify your bad eating habits and then replace them with good, healthy ones. I found the biggest benefit I took away from the program was a better understanding of what I was putting into my body and what it was doing once it was in there.

As for expense, you get to eat your own food - prepared the way you like it so other than the membership fees it is quite in expensive (you need to buy food anyway). If you want to save a little, here are some links to some Weight Watchers discount sites:

If you live in Canada you can get the Weight Watchers Canada 25% off coupons here: http://www.canbuy.ca/weightwatchers.asp

If you live in the US you can get the free sign-up coupon and the Weight Watchers USA 25% off coupons here: http://www.canbuy.ca/weightwatchersUSA.a...

I simply joined Weight Watchers. They are promoting a e-book for facets for eating places, and a normal facets e-book. I did not get it without spending a dime---I purchased the starter package and acquired the books and a 3 month magazine. Perhaps you'll be able to pass to the closest one and get the books.

Weight Watchers Online~ Your Story?

I hate when people call this a "fad diet" Its not a diet! Its basically training you to eat less.
That is the problem...over eating.
You can eat whatever you want to.
But you have to do it in moderation.
Eat more veggies and fruits. It promotes healthy eating, not dieting.

As to your story.
I would consider going to a meeting.
I think you can go to one to see if it for you.
You will be surprised.
You dont feel judged in any way.
I just started this a month ago.
My sister started 3 months ago and has lost 14 pounds.

Its month to month so I think you should give it a shot and if its not for you, cancel.
