I am 17, Female 5' 0" & I Weigh 198 , I LOOK Like I Weigh Around 160 & I have these bright pinkish, purple stretch marks, EVERYWHERE (Armpits, stomach, Breasts) I am currently taking acaitrim, eating 1 lean cuisine a day and everything else is fat free, low fat, no carbs, blah blah blah... I am not exercising -- I know i need to , My goal weight is 130 lbs. I want to be at that weight by the end of summer, now what i need to know (& please no dr.phil nonsense about stuff not being healthy for my body and blah blah, i don't care)

1. What diet pills REALLY work/are worth buying? Or Any Other Diet Things.

(I Have Sensa, The first two months but i don't like it, So not that!)

2. What exercises should i do? I want to lose belly fat, arm flab, and i don't want big flaps of skin flying around!

3. Is there any way to get rid of a double chin, non-surgical? Or At least make it appear smaller?

4. What diets are easy to follow, AND WORK!? I Tried Atkins... I've Been Hearing About A Cabbage Diet? Anybody Else Heard Or Know About It?

5. I've Been Using Palmer's Stretch Mark Lotion, Anything Else To Try?

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
