The pattern for losing weight is easy - eat less and workout more - the problems surface when we really try to put that into practice! There are plenty of stumbling blocks out there don't you think?! The only diet which definitely delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it definitely does work!

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
