If you don't want to lose weight, but want to gain muscle here is what I suggest. Strength train with free weights, a small home gym, or work out bench would be sufficient. A weight set of dumb bells, curl bar etc. would be a nice compliment as well. Strength training, or 'weight' training, helps build muscle, and will burn some fat. Keep in mind that muscle weighs MORE then fat does. Strength training will actually increase your muscle mass, so in return you will actually gain weight.

It is also helpful to have a work out plan, to make sure you are doing the correct excerises and eating the right foods. The best I have seen a program called Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle. You can read more about it here:

i love me some women with muscle....

calories..... dont bother counting just keep eating lean meats, protein powders (not the weight gainers,) nuts, yogurts...

supplements- creatinol/creatine, l-glumatine l-arginine, and l-leucine and some opti women
