Kaitlyn, as far as diet, you need to virtually eliminate trans fat and saturated fat from your foods!

And as far as exercise, you need to do cardio, as you may have already guessed, but the type of cardio you should do is actually different than the cardio a lot of people do.

As you will learn from him (he's an ISSA certified personal trainer), short but intense cardio is actually more effective than long but low-intensity cardio.
You will burn more calories with his technique.

stress free life, lots of intense exercise (like playing soccer or dancing really fast for about an hour to hour and a half every day), a balanced nutrition (not those horrible diets to reduce fat), and knowing that your health is the only thing you own in this world.
