Veggies and water of course.

Also try drinking a LOT of cold water. your body must warm the water and the warming process burns calories. Also try not to eat less as that will slow your metabolism, but high fiber foods make you feel more full (so does water). They do also make some things you can sprinkle on your food that helps curb your appetite.

that's maximum suitable to consume protein with your rabbit nutrients. eating vegetable will in easy terms make you hyngry each couple hours. you go with something to fill you up. additionally you may consume complicated carbs. the only ingredient you're able to stay remote from is white bread, doughnuts, drinks with a great type of sugar, follow drinks that have under 20gms of carbs. and don't bypass to quickly nutrients places they have a great type of extra grease and unuseful energy. attempt going to a well being center too. that would help.

Before you start on a low calorie diet, please calculate your BMR. Your BMR is your Basal Metabolic Rate, which is how many calories your body burns by just laying in bed all day doing absolutely nothing. You can google a 'BMR calculator' and it'll give you the base number, and then you multiply it by 1.2 if you don't exercise much, 1.375 if you're lightly active, 1.55 if you're moderately active, and 1.725 if you're really active almost every day. If you want healthy weight loss (1-2 pounds a week), subtract 500 calories from that number. Most dieters tend to eat way below their BMR, so I would definitely recommend using that as a guideline for how much to eat.

However, if you still need low calorie foods, fresh fruits and vegetables are the best for you, and they're fairly low calorie. Beans are also pretty low calorie, but they give you a good amount of healthy carbs and protein. Good luck!

Celery and either cheese or peanut butter

Almond milk (Vanilla only has 30 calories per serving while skim milk has 80)

Steamers vegetables, the broccoli and cheese only has 150 cals for a bag and really fills you up

Wheat bread, the kind my mom gets only has 45 calories a slice

Egg whites, you can microwave them and they are really low in calories yet high in protein

Certain brands of caned soups, they are higher in sodium but some of them are really low in calories

Best foods I can think of
