Ok So I'm Looking To Tone My Stomach And Thighs..?

if you are not allowed to work out more than an hour a day i would recommend riding bicycle four days a week to tone your thighs, do sit ups for tow minutes every morning (it doesn't matter how many you do as long as your muscles work) and once a week you can do some running, don't work out every day, only five days a week and after you're already toned only 3 days a week.

i don't know if it helps or not but my youngest sister is chubby and boys drool all over her, you should love yourself and know skinny does not necessarily makes you prettier or happy-er.
