breakfast - either bran flakes or weetabix or fruit and fibre or porridge with 1% fat milk

dinner - poached eggs on toast 2medium sized eggs fresh tomatoes on toast beans on toast mushrooms on toasts all with weight watchers bread 51 calories a slice I'll be having 2 slices

tea - veggies and meat or fish or salads and meat or fish

and just drink herbal teas green tea water

and for exercise 2 hours running 3-4 times a week on the treadmill

Your diet doesn't fit well with the exercise . You NEED the protein and calories. For breakfast , do cereal (cup of milk). Or eggs and toast. Or a breakfast sandwich with no bacon. And for lunch you can do whatever ! Obviously, nothing with a ton of fat, like no fast good, but do like a salad or soup or whatever. You need the calories. And for dinner , just make sure nothing's fried or with a ton of oil. Try using olive oil instead of vegetable oil. HAVE CHICKEN OR FISH! Those are your best choices. Red meat isn't the best. But make sure it's the size of your palm so 6ounces. And a small side. DRINK WATER ! 10 cups a day for you since you're running so much! You need the calories , eating little isn't a good diet at all. You need food. As a snack eat fruits or vegetables.
