Im over weight and sick of it i finally came to the point where i want to do something about it im going to start the south beach diet tomorrow and also start to work out my plan is





10 min cardio(warm up)





3 sets 10 reps chest press


3 sets 10 reps lateral pull


3 sets 10 reps inclined Press


3 sets 10 reps leg extensions


3 sets 10reps leg curls





10 min cardio(cool down)

Its pretty good... If you would like to stick to this then make sure the cardio is GOOD, because that is what burns fat. Strength training is also important because more muscle equals more fat loss, so I would say that if you do this 5x a week then yea that should be good. Good luck! :)
