If you make significant changes in your diet (cut back to about 1500 calories a day) and also in your exercise patterns (exercise for at least an hour most days of the week) you would probably lose about 4 or 5 pounds in the first week (keep in mind that some of that would be water weight) and then about 2 pounds a week for a few weeks after that.
So you could certainly lose 20 pounds in that time frame, maybe even more.
