You aren't going to lose 80 pounds fast.
If you follow a healthy diet, you will lose 3 to 5 pounds the first week, 2 to 4 pounds the second week, and after that you will lose 2 pounds OR LESS every week.
For women, weight loss of more than 2 pounds per week after the 3rd week is too fast and can eventually become unsafe.

The South Beach diet looks to be balanced, as does the Sonoma diet.
I have both books and use them for ideas once in a while.
But for long-term weight loss, what is easiest for me is Weight Watchers.


Losing fat requires a balanced, healthy diet that includes protein, carbs, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.
It also requires regular exercise.
The latest research that was mentioned in Weight Watchers is a study that shows moderate regular exercise is better for you than occasional exercise sessions that go for extreme lengths of time.

store bought salad dressings can be packed with calories make your own vinaigrette and store it in a small spray bottle to coat your greens without over dressing them

just eat porportions of ur meals but heres a diet thing for you that i made:

Morning: cereal

Snack: Yorgurt and little bit of nuts

Lunch: Cereal or bar

Snack: bar

Dinner: what ever you want but a little bit of it

or you can go on a soup diet for a while breakfast lunch and dinner

i lost 10 lbs. in a week!

Cardio is really good. Walk, jog, ect. Best part is it's free :) Also, just eat a balanced diet, limit snacking ect. Don't expect to lose 80 pounds overnight. It may take a year or more, but it's worth it!!
