i doubt you would get into starvation mode in one day, you would need to be hungry quite frequently, to allow the body to adapt by converting all forms of sustenance into fat. If your sick, I would say you should eat until your satisfied, and drink plenty of water, however don't eat so much that you end up throwing up or something. If you have variety, focus on fruits and things with antioxidants, berries, etc, and Vitamin C.

Eat more. That's not healthy at all. You can also take food pills ( I don't even know where you get them, but I've seen them somewhere ) that can help you feel full like you ate a whole 700 calorie meal.
