I Think I May Have Compulsive Overeating Disorder. Help?

well you took the biggest step which is acknowledging you have this problem.

the next thing you can do it right down everything you eat (buy a nice composition book) do this for a week (don't change your eating habits at this time) then you will be able to see what is going on with your eating.

then look at your notebook and decided one meal at a time to eat healthy. so basically eat a healthy breakfast and the rest of the day eat as usual. do this for a week. then the following eat a healthy breakfast, then a healthy snack. then do the same for lunch, snack, dinner, snack.

make the changes slowly so you it wont be over whelming.

its a good idea to see a nutricionist and a coach

work out 3 times a week. once a week, then work up to two times a week then 3

you want to take steps as i've given because it takes time for the brain to except a new life style,

here's a tip. when you can get a new eating life style. try to do a why Iso drink instead of breakfast, and another after a work out. make sure its fat free whey. you will burn fat like ohhhh my god. by the powder at GNC or onlne
