I Need Help With Self Harming (15 Years Old)?

Grief isn't stupid and everyone handles it differently. Some people start fights, some alienate themselves from friends and family, some self harm, some starve themselves, some drink, smoke, abuse other people and the list goes on and on. I would talk to your parents. Start with whichever you feel the most comfortable with. Ask them if you could see a therapist and don't be ashamed about going to one. They are there to help people who are going through stuff. There are other things you can do besides cutting. Take up knitting, running, painting, poetry, drawing, a sport, etc. Also I suggest writing in a journal. They do help a lot.
