I'm Having Weight Issues.?

Postby Harmen » Tue Sep 12, 2017 8:28 pm

I am a 22 year old woman.
Someone of my age and height should weigh about 130-140lbs.
I weigh somewhere near 180.
I know I need to lose weight.
My problem is it's NOT COMING OFF! I try to get at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day.
I know the average woman needs about 2000 calories daily and should cut about 300-500 out if she is trying to lose weight.
I trying that.
For example yesterday I had around 1300.
They also say you need to exercise more.
I can't go to the gym everyday but I go when I can (during school once or twice weekly when I have time, during breaks 3 days weekly).
Not to mention that I live on campus so I walk everyday to classes, to the school library, to the cafe, ect.
And I live on the second floor of my dorm so I'm taking stairs as well.
I don't know what else to do.
It's not coming off!! Any ideas?

If you can't exercise every other day, then you need to walk 45 minutes every day to burn some of the calories. Also, you can exercise 15 minutes every morning before eating. This will help you a lot as well as drinking lots of water. Calories should be around 1500 at the max.
