Hwy Guys!! So I'm a girl 14 years old I weigh 53kg and I'm 163cm tall... This is me: http://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/8369098318/in/photostream

I can't go to gym or running cos it's REALLY cold outside I exercise a little bit but it's not enough. I do: 100 jumping jacks, 25 sit ups, and 10 push ups,8mins of shadow boxing,and also 10 squats I also exercise for 10mins at this http://rapitiendavirtual.com/televentas/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/product/ORBITREK_ELITE_4e1f1e53e2c7c.jpg

It's not helping so please tell me what can I do to have that body in DETAILS. I don't have any weights or anything...Help please!!

You are already fit.! Those other pictures you showed of the fitness girls they are just photoshopped a bit thats why it looks like that on. But you should still keep exercising such as cardio. Eat healthy and you should be good. Trust me you are fit just dont gain fat and you will look like that when you are older maybe 16 to 18 years old.

The weather is NO excuse to not go running! Wear a hoodie, you'll warm up in no time and you'll probably end up without it after the first 20 minutes, not even.

You already look okay. You can do cardio and squats are really good. Just the basic stuff and eating right. It's not a secret.

If you don't have any weights, it's still no excuse, get some books and lift them. It's kind of the same thing. Find anything to lift. Anything will work.

Eat proteins and fats to lose body fat because they are calories that won't cause store.. Don't eat carbohydrates because they trigger the release of insulin which is the hormone that is responsible for storing fat. Also take a good multivitamin and drink plenty of water.
