29 points is the least amount anyone can have, but it's more if you're heavier. I don't know more than that, sorry! If you Google weightwatchers pro points calculator, you will find a (free) site that will calculate how many points are in the foods you eat. All you have to do is enter the calories, fat etc...from the back of the pack and it will calculate it for you. Another good site is myfitnesspal.com , it tells you all the calories, carbs, fat etc that are in all foods and you can track all the food you eat and excersise you do in a day.
