How Can I Gain Weight?

im a 14 year old girl, 5'0 & im 84 pounds.

i dont have an eating disorder.

i eat junkfood whenever i want and i eat meals regularly.

although sometimes i do try eating & my stomach just doesnt want it, i feel like barfing so i just CANT eat. but i try my best and it takes me a while to get hungry too.

the other day i went the whole day without eating but i never felt hungry.

people are telling me im getting skinnier and im starting to notice it too, how can i gain weight if my stomach just doesnt want food? help please.

don't excersize(believe it or not it's hard to do) and eat near when you go to sleep(doctors say you gain more weight that way)

While most of the world would prefer to feel less hungry, people who

are underweight may want to increase their appetites so that they can

gain weight. Here are some suggestions on how to eat more Calories

without feeling stuffed. Remember that people can always make room for

8. Choose high-Calorie, high-nutrient foods that are less filling.

Select foods with a lower water content, such as dried fruit, bananas,

nuts and seeds, potatoes, peas, and corn.

9. Make mealtime pleasant. Set the table prettily and play soothing

music. Try to eat with someone you enjoy being with.

10. Try to eat a little more quickly. It takes a few minutes for your

stomach's signals of fullness to register. Make sure that you chew

your food thoroughly (otherwise, you may not absorb all the Calories

and nutrients), but try to put more food on your fork. Avoid putting

your fork down in between bites.

11. Use larger cups, plates, bowls, et cetera. You will probably be

able to eat more without really thinking about it.
