It is possible! I personally know people who have lost weight with it! They advertise that you can lose up to 9 lbs every 11 days, but most people lose about 4-6 lbs every 11 days.
On average, it comes to about 10-15 lbs a month.
That is entirely possible.

And, it is healthy! You are eating healthy foods, and you are eating 4 times a day.
You are eating things such as chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, beans, low fat dairy, nuts, etc.


It's all in the calorie shifting and the way the menus are created.
You are constantly switching up the types of calories you eat each day.


There is a great forum with a lot of active Fat Loss 4 Idiots users.
It is caloriesperhour.com.
Go to the forum page, and find the Fat Loss 4 Idiots section.
There are many threads, and there is one main thread (that is very long), that is very, very active, and there are many people on it all the time discussing the diet, and how they are doing and such.
You can do some research there.

People are knocking this diet when they personally have no idea what it is about.
I have seen the menus and the handbook.
And, I know people that have been successful!

looking for the benefits of salmon but you dont feel comfortable cooking fish try canned salmon as a simple and affordable alternative

switch from pouring your cereal straight from the box to using a measuring cup to cut your cereal calorie count in half

Even if it was possible, it would be horrible for your health. You should only loose 2-3 pounds per week in order to keep healthy and less prone to disease.

you should try eating a healthy breakfast, and only having small meals.

Just eat half of what you normally eat at each meal, and add more fruit into your diet.

Everyone has fat cells in their body, and when people put on weight it gets stored in them, but when people loose weight quickly, they dont shrink, they stay the same size which is why people put weight on again qucikly, just cutting back slowly shrinks these cells, and when you do eat normally again you wont put the weight on again.
