Foods To Help Gain Weight?

Postby Whitcomb » Mon Aug 28, 2017 8:02 am

Im currently a 6'4 157lb senior in high school. Im generally a very active person 3 season sports...and working out on top of that. But to be honest im a little undersized as far as weight goes. My dad is 7'1 and was skinny and long when he was my age(obviously taller though). And i eat the peanut butter things because I've heard those help you gain weight. I almost forgot to mention that i have a fast metabolism as well. Im just looking for some foods that are high in calories i suppose or that are good for weight gain when you eat them in bulk(but not excessive) Thanks for any help you can give me

Peanut butter is good. Eat almonds as snacks, or any kind of nuts (especially macadamia nuts). Avocados are a good source of fat. Bananas, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread. Try to have two huge spoonfuls of peanut butter with a banana before you sleep. Have the super chunk peanut butter. Or have the banana with nutella and peanut butter.
