It's a myth that you lose fat if you sweat, sweat is just a reaction of your body, because it needs to get rid of harmful substances. So it doesn't matter if you sweat or not, if you practice hard you sure will lose weight

If you burn off more calories than you eat you will lose weight; the temperature doesn't matter.
Approximately 1 mile will burn off approximately 100 calories.
Burn 3500 calories more than you eat you lose 1 lb.
Simple as that.
No matter where you move to.
