Eating 3000 Calories A Day And Loosing Weight?

ok so I am male 18 and weigh just under 9 stone. I really want to gain some weight for the last 3 weeks have been eating 2700-3300 calories a day. This is included protein shakes and 3 main meals not a lot of snaking. I do weights 3 times a weak and I am still loosing weight how is this is possible I now weight only 123 pounds!

if u want real results you need to get working out

you need weight training 3-4 days a week

with some form of cardio 20-30 mins

also reduce the carbs an eat more proteins

an drink green tea

Ignore the "green tea" advice.

You are only 18 and are still growing....
Second, 3 weeks is nothing....
Be careful eating those snakes...They bite.
(spelling nazi here....)

You are likely loosing weight because due to your exercise routine you are loosing fat and you are not doing type of weight training that promotes muscle growth.


This takes time... You cannot expect any great loss or gain in such a short period.
Take your time and be patient.
Go to some of the better body-building sites and get some real advice on gaining muscle size.
You don't have to become "Ahnold"..
Just gain some bulk.

What is ur height? If that is 5'8"-6'. Its not Good. If 5'4"-5'8" I think it isn't a prob.

you probably have a crazy metabolism and doing weights won't help slow it down. also, you might still be growing so burning through a lot of energy
