Sure, they'll weigh less in the morning, but they won't really have lost any weight because all they have done is dehydrate themselves. As soon as they have a drink of water, they re-hydrate and go right back to where they were before. Sleeping in garbage bags does nothing to reduce fatty tissue, and that's where the excess weight is hiding.

try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories
