Diet "fat Loss 4 Idiots"...?

So I stumbled across this website: http://www4.fatloss4idiots.com/?hop=drey...

It explains how to diet and lose weight by using a method called calorie shifting. You go through like three pages of explanations and whatnot. It gets you all kinds of excited. It tells you it about an 11 day menu they'll provide for you and all that jazz...BUT then they say you can download it for "only half price!!!". Wow, I wasn't planning on paying for it at all. :(((

My question:

has anyone done this diet? Does it work? Or can anyone just give me ideas of food/methods of this calorie shifting stuff???

I looked at the site.
Some of their "points" are true, such as

1) true - a low fat diet doesn't mean you'll lose weight.
That's because alot of the items that claim to be fat free are also loaded with carbs/sugar.

2) true - a calorie restricted diet will slow your metabolism because your body thinks it may starve and tries to delay starvation.

3) true - you should eat 6 small meals instead of three big ones

However, I don't believe the calorie shifting idea, though.
For example, if you are exercising and trying to build muscle, your body needs protein and good carbs together at the same time to repair (build) muscle.
