Diet And Exercise Plan For Losing Belly Fat And Getting Flat Abs? 10 Points!?

I am 118 pounds and i'm 5'5. I know I'm not fat but all my weight tends to go to my stomach. I would really love to have flat abs and I'm willing to do whatever it takes. So far I'm beginning to run 3 miles a day along with strength training. My diet has been healthy but over the few months I've put on some weight because I've been eating candy a lot. I'm the biggest sweet tooth. ok, let me know what else i should do!!

Cut back on your daily carb intake (keep it below 50g) and maintain a workout routine consisting of jogging/running, crunches, and stretching.
