Depression, Hypoglycemic Diet & Pregnancy

Postby oswin » Sun Mar 09, 2014 5:58 am

Hi Jurriaan

I have a question about the hypglycemic diet that I have read about on the uncommon forum.

My daughter's mother is bi polar, my daughter was diagnosed with depression and put on anti depressants 1 year ago.

My daughter is pregnant du in September 2010.

Q? Is the hypoglycemic diet you recommend safe and good for a pregnant woman?

Many thanks

Hi Steve,

The hypoglycemic diet is a safe natural diet. You can read on it at:

The Hypoglycemic Diet at: http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/hypoglycemic_diet.html

Simple Dietary Rules at:http://psychonutrionaltherapy.blogspot.com/2009/07/simpledietaryrules.html

I also suggest you get your daughter to read:

Natural Approaches to Infertility and Reproduction athttp://curezone.com/upload/Newsletter/Hypoglycemic_He/HYPONL2002_03.pdf

at page 3.

You daughter should also discuss with her doctor the following articles:

Depression: a Disease of Energy Production at:http://curezone.com/upload/PDF/Articles/jurplesman/depression_energy3.pdf
