Go for the strawberries!!! They are A LOT lower in sugar than the others and have ANTIOXTIDANTS. Believe it or not, fruit is extremely sugary! Of course it is 10 times better for you than say a candy bar, but just remember that you're going to have to burn all off or it will just turn into fat!

Also, bear in mind that the apples, pears, and especially the banana has a fair amount of carbs in it. It may be more likely that you will not magically burn these off in your sleep.

And as for the shepard's pie...Unless it was fattening, I'd say it was a good choice! You had protein, so that protein should offset the sugar from the STRAWBERRIES! :) (hint: you need to eat protein with sugary things)

Basically, go for the Strawberries and avoid the banana at all cost! ;)

I eat thinly sliced half an apple with cream cheese spreads and a couple nice little crackers for bedtime snack!!

I do not know about weight watchers as I follow South Beach diet and count grams of carbohydrate rather than calories or WW points.
