Phase 1 is eating only certain veggies and lean meats. No fruits and no starches.

If you want to shed excess body fat weight, then simply eat very little sugar-laden foods (except for fruit in moderation), and very little grain/cereal/flour foods (high net-carbohydrate foods cause insulin hormone production, which is the underlying culprit behind all dietary body fat gain/retention, as well as being the dietary catalyst for heart disease).


In their place, eat more vegetables, nuts, seeds and other healthy natural fat foods instead.
Do NOT calorie/nutrient starve your body.
Yes, it is really that easy.
